Dr. David Weinstein
Dr. David Weinstein has specialized in Periodontics and the placement of dental implants for over 20 years. He received his doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania and completed a general practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He was then awarded a certificate to specialize in the practice of Periodontics from Columbia University. In addition, he is a former Assistant Clinical Professor, Department of Implant Dentistry at Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, where he supervised and instructed the graduate students on Bone Augmentation and Dental Implant Surgery. Additionally, Dr. Weinstein prioritizes philanthropy. Dr. Weinstein first volunteered at the Trudi Birger clinic in 1992, and went on to serve as the Vice President of Dental Volunteers for Israel and is currently a Director for the Board.
Dr. Weinstein lectures both locally and nationally on topics related to both periodontics and dental implants. His quarterly newsletter contains up-to-date news and information regarding periodontics and dental implants.
He is a concerned and caring periodontist who loves his work, and whose patients say they enjoy pain-free treatment. His philosophy of practice includes non-surgical as well as surgical regimens.
